The panelists will include B. Braun Medical President & CEO Jean-Claude Dubacher, Victaulic President & CEO Rick Bucher, Stuffed Puffs founder & CEO Michael Tierney, and A.P. Deauville President & CEO Frederick Horowitz. LVEDC President and CEO Don Cunningham will moderate the discussion.

“The Lehigh Valley commands a strong economic position because of a rich tradition in manufacturing that continues to grow and evolve to deliver the products the next generation demands,” said Cunningham, who noted that employment in the Lehigh Valley’s manufacturing sector grew at a rate 11 times faster than the nation as a whole in the last five years.

Crayola President & CEO Rich Wuerthele will deliver the event’s keynote remarks. He will discuss manufacturing in the Lehigh Valley, its importance to the regional economy, why manufacturers are attracted to the region, and the future of this important sector for the Lehigh Valley.

Additionally, a second panel discussion will be held featuring the changemakers behind Easton’s dramatic transformation into a vibrant entertainment, arts, and culinary destination. That discussion will be moderated by State Theatre CEO & President Shelley Brown.

The panelists will include Lafayette College President Nicole Hurd, VM Development Group’s Mark Mulligan, Hearst Enthusiast Group’s Bill Strickland, and 3rd & Ferry Fish Market owner Mike Pichetto.

“Easton has undergone a tremendous urban renaissance,” Cunningham said. “That didn’t happen by accident. It took the leadership, vision, and investment of both the public and private sectors. Our panel discussion will feature some of those leaders. They will provide and insider’s perspective on what’s driving the change in Easton and what’s in store for the future.”

The Fall Signature Event program will begin promptly at 4 p.m. and conclude at 5:15, to be followed by networking reception until 6 p.m. Registration is currently open.
