November 2022 Issue of LVStartup Has Been Released

The November 2022 issue of LVstartup, a monthly e-newsletter about entrepreneurs and startups in the Lehigh Valley, has been released.

This month’s edition highlights stories about the Startup Lehigh Valley pitch competition, Penn State Lehigh Valley students sharing global perspectives, and changemakers from the city of Easton speaking at the LVEDC Fall Signature Event.
Other stories included Spot & Tango’s new manufacturing facility in the Lehigh Valley, a Q&A interview with Freshpet CEO William Cyr, recent successes in attracting talent to the Lehigh Valley, and Community Services for Children expanding in Allentown.
Additionally, LVstartup features a Lehigh Valley startup each month. This issue, the company is With Meraki Co., a maker of urinary and vaginal health products, which was created by Lehigh University graduate and Allentown resident Giana Jarrah.

LVEDC’s Entrepreneurship Council of the Lehigh Valley aims to improve the entrepreneurial environment of the region by listening to its entrepreneurs, identifying their unmet needs, communicating regional entrepreneurship initiatives between council members, and connecting local resources to continue the development of new entrepreneurial support initiatives.
LVstartup receives input from various organizations that serves the local entrepreneurial community, including LVEDC, the Baker Institute for Entrepreneurship, Creativity and Innovation at Lehigh University, Lehigh Valley Tech, the Allentown Economic Development Corporation (AEDC), the Bethlehem Department of Community and Economic Development, Ben Franklin Technology Partners, Penn State Lehigh Valley, and others.
