The March Issue of LVstartup Is released

The March 2023 issue of LVstartup, a monthly e-newsletter about entrepreneurs and startups in the Lehigh Valley, has been released.

This month’s edition highlights ATAS International, which was started by a Dutch immigrant 75 years ago and moved to the Lehigh Valley where it scaled into a company with global reach.
Other stories included reports on Northampton County’s survey on broadband access, the new Factory Manufacturing LLC facility, Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Northeastern Pennsylvania’s new fund for life sciences companies and more.
Additionally, LVstartup features a local startup each month. The featured startup for March is Cliquify. Located at Ben Franklin TechVentures in Bethlehem, Cliquify is an employer branding platform built for enterprises to create buzz about their culture and jobs across social media channels to attract candidates who are aligned with their values.

LVEDC’s Entrepreneurship Council of the Lehigh Valley aims to improve the entrepreneurial environment of the region by listening to its entrepreneurs, identifying their unmet needs, communicating regional entrepreneurship initiatives between council members, and connecting local resources to continue the development of new entrepreneurial support initiatives.
LVstartup receives input from various organizations that serves the local entrepreneurial community, including LVEDC, the Baker Institute for Entrepreneurship, Creativity and Innovation at Lehigh University, Lehigh Valley Tech, the Allentown Economic Development Corporation (AEDC), the Bethlehem Department of Community and Economic Development, Ben Franklin Technology Partners, Penn State Lehigh Valley, and others.
