The new edition highlights several startup-related stories from the Lehigh Valley, including Play Impossible landing a retail deal with Apple, Bethlehem’s UBMe being featured in Buzzfeed’s “Best Apps for College Students,” and Lehigh University hosting its Venture Fair.
Other featured stories include a Lehigh Valley startup making a snake-like robot, Southside Bethlehem “booming” with development projects, Goblies paintballs being made available at Michaels stores, and the Lehigh Valley Grand Prix speeding ahead into the next decade.
The issue also spotlights several upcoming events, including LVEDC’s release of a new talent supply study, an LVTech meetup at Northampton Community College’s Fab Lab, a free Bethlehem business seminar about social media, and the Baker Institute’s 4th Annual Demo Day.
Additionally, LVstartup features a Lehigh Valley startup each month. This issue, the company is Snowvation, the largest and fastest growing activity booking platform for the Mountain Industry.
