Recruiting and retaining talent is a common theme discussed among employers today. Newly-minted employees are graduating from high schools and colleges and may have a different generational perspective on everything from professional clothes to work-life balance.

- Adopt transparency in communication and leverage popular mediums
- Flatten organizational structures
- Change the focus of your meetings
- Rethink flexibility
- Make the team work for a higher cause
