Last week’s premiere of the new Lehigh Valley promotional video was just the start. The region’s economic development organization now wants local businesses to become cheerleaders for the area – and post the high-energy video on their websites.

In case you missed the screening on January 31st, here is the link to the awesome video created by FireRock Productions of Emmaus.

The video that premiered at the Cosmopolitan restaurant in downtown Allentown showcased dozens of Lehigh Valley businesses, schools and medical facilities. It also did a fantastic job of highlighting the many recreational activities and scenic wonders this region has to offer.

Sprinkled throughout are facts about Lehigh Valley, its great location, innovative industries and creative workforce.

“The video may be less than three minutes long, but it says a lot about the Valley and its booming economy and business diversity,” said John McGran, LVEDC’s vice president of marketing.

‘We’ve already been approached by one organization that wanted to use this video in its recruitment efforts – yes, this video is that good.

“This video does a good job painting the region as a great place for businesses to come here, start here or grow here.”

LVEDC urges all Valley businesses to post the video. It’s not only a great recruitment tool, but also a nice way to show outsiders what Lehigh Valley has to offer.
