Director of Finance

Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation, a non-profit 501(c)3 organization engaged in promoting economic development in the two counties of Lehigh and Northampton Pennsylvania, is seeking an experienced lending professional to develop and execute a business development plan for LVEDC’s economic development financing programs and to provide senior relationship management services to clients of LVEDC’s Finance Department. This position will also oversee department staff in the loan application, approval and closing process as well as provide direction in the maintenance of the associated state, federal and local program loan portfolios.

This position is a management position.  A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, public administration or related field is required. A master’s degree in business administration is preferred.

The successful candidate must have extensive knowledge of lending, business finance and financial analysis, with a demonstrated ability to properly analyze and negotiate complicated financing transactions. Direct SBA lending experience is preferred.
