Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation (LVEDC), a non-profit 501(c)3 organization engaged in promoting economic development in the two counties of Lehigh and Northampton Pennsylvania, seeks a Credit Risk Officer to assess the creditworthiness of loan applications and to assist in the monitoring and management of risk in the loan portfolios for LVEDCs economic development financing programs. This position will also assist with loan packaging and the closing processes associated with the aforementioned programs.

The successful candidate will have a detailed knowledge of business finance and financial analysis with strong analytical abilities and superior attention to detail. Furthermore, the ideal candidate should possess a passion for working with small businesses to assist in their growth.

The Credit Risk Officer will join the Economic Development Finance department, in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Working with the Economic Development Finance department offers enriching experiences in commercial lending, economic development finance, small business consulting, and project management. The staff of the department has more than 60 years of collective experience in these areas and are considered leaders in their chosen professions.
