LVEDC Seeking Participants for Lehigh Valley Employer Survey
By Colin McEvoy on January 29, 2019
Change, growth, and competitive create new challenges every day for your business. The Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation (LVEDC) is seeking to better understand your needs in the growing and changing Lehigh Valley economy.
That’s why the LVEDC Business Outreach Program (BOP) has organized a brief survey with three questions that will help shape the Lehigh Valley’s strategies and solutions.
Visit here to fill out the survey and be part of our organization’s mission to help companies come here, start here, and grow here in the Lehigh Valley.
The survey asks the following three questions:
- What are the primary reasons your business is in the Lehigh Valley? Possible answers include history, availability of skilled workforce, access to capital, proximity to markets, and more, as well as an option to write-in a response.
- How do you rate the Lehigh Valley on these attributes: Affordability of housing, condition of roads, route available at airport, access to utilities?
- How do these factors affect growth for your company: Access to capital, automation, cost of land, labor costs, health care costs, proximity to materials and suppliers, and more?
To submit your feedback, the survey will prompt you for your company name, zip code, and a range of your number of employees. You will also have the option to learn more or schedule a meeting with LVEDC’s Business Outreach team if you wish.
Led by LVEDC Director of Business Outreach Melody Bradford, the BOP seeks to serve as a single point-of-contact for all of your business needs, helping to identify resources to assist you in succeeding in today’s competitive environment
The BOP uses a customer-oriented approach to economic development designed to link Lehigh Valley businesses to resources throughout the community that will help their business become more profitable.
