The sixth annual event – which each year highlights significant companies, sectors, and economic trends in the Lehigh Valley – will be held on September 20 at 4 p.m. at the State Theatre in Easton. Registration is free for attendees and is now open.
Wuerthele will discuss manufacturing in the Lehigh Valley, its importance to the regional economy, why manufacturers are attracted to the region, and the future of this important sector for the Lehigh Valley.
LVEDC President & CEO Don Cunningham will also provide remarks during the event, highlighting the role of manufacturing for the region as well as an overview of economic data and job growth in the Lehigh Valley.
Several panel discussions will be held at the event, including one about manufacturing and another about the growth and success of the city of Easton, Cunningham said. Specific panelists will be announced in the upcoming weeks.
In the past, the Fall Signature Event has highlighted such Lehigh Valley companies as Crayola, Freshpet, Mack Trucks, OraSure Technologies, and Victaulic.
