The LVEDC Brokers & Developers Council event will be held at the ArtsQuest Center at SteelStacks in Bethlehem.

Please join Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation’s (LVEDC) Brokers and Developers Council for a special event highlighting environmental due diligence, funding opportunities from a recently-awarded EPA grant, and the redevelopment funding opportunities available through the LVEDC Finance Department.

The event will be held on Sept. 10 at the ArtsQuest Center at SteelStacks in Bethlehem. Admission is free, but pre-registration is required.

It will begin with a brief presentation by Vincent Carbone about environmental due diligence. Mr. Carbone is a Senior Geologist for HDR, an engineering firm, and has over 20 years of experience with due diligence and environmental assessment.

Andrew Kleiner, LVEDC’s Director of Redevelopment and External Affairs, will present the workplan for a 500,000 EPA grant awarded in May, and will discuss the funding opportunities associated with the newly available money at LVEDC.

Finally, LVEDC Vice President of Finance John Kingsley will offer an overview of available redevelopment financial assistance.

An open Q&A will follow with Mr. Carbone, Mr. Kleiner, and Mr. Kingsley. After this quick informative session, food and beverages will be provided for networking.
