The Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation (LVEDC) invites you to join us for the following economic development events. These events are free to attend, but registration is required. (Please register for each event by clicking the corresponding link.)

Tuesday, Feb. 16, 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Miller Symphony Hall - State of Lehigh County 2016 by County Executive Tom Muller
Thursday, Feb. 18, 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. at DeSales University - “The Role of Research in Real Estate” – Brokers & Developers
Monday, Feb. 22, 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem - 2016 LVEDC Annual Meeting
Tuesday, March 22, 5 – 7:30 p.m. at ArtsQuest Center at SteelStacks - State of Northampton County 2016 by County Executive John Brown
Tuesday, April 12, 7:30 – 9 a.m. at Northampton Community College

Conversation & Cocktails
with U.S. Rep. Charlie Dent
Tuesday, Feb. 16, 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Miller Symphony Hall

LVEDC investors and stakeholders are invited to a special event with Congressman Charlie Dent, U.S. Representative for Pennsylvania’s 15th district, on Tuesday, February 16 at Miller Symphony Hall in Allentown. The event will take place from 4 – 6 p.m.
Congressman Dent will provide a D.C. update followed by open Q&A. Networking, hors d’oeurves, and refreshments will follow the address.
State of Lehigh County 2016

Thursday, February 18, 7 – 9 a.m. at DeSales University
Lehigh County Executive Tom Muller’s 2016 State of the County Address will be presented on Thursday, February 18, from 7 – 9 a.m. The address will take place at DeSales University Center, 2755 Station Ave, Center Valley, PA 18034.
Registration begins at 7 a.m., breakfast will be served at 7:30 a.m., and the address will begin around 8 a.m. with Q & A following the address.
“The Role of Research in Real Estate”
Brokers & Developers Council Event
Thursday, February 22, 4 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. at Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem
LVEDC has announced the first Brokers & Developers Council event of 2016. The subject will be “The Role of Research in Real Estate,” featuring Lauren Gilchrist, Vice President, Director of Research for Philadelphia with JLL.
Registration and networking begins at 4 p.m., with the program and Q&A running from starting at 4:20 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. Additional networking, cocktails, and hor d’oeuvres will be available from 5:15 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
2016 LVEDC Annual Meeting
Tuesday, March 22, 5 – 7:30 p.m. at ArtsQuest Center at SteelStacks
The 2016 LVEDC Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at the ArtsQuest Center at SteelStacks in the Musikfest Café. The event will take place from 5 – 7:30 p.m.
The purpose of the LVEDC Annual Meeting is to highlight economic development in the Lehigh Valley in 2015 and recognize notable projects and organizations that contributed to the region’s success. Attendance is expected to bring together more than 350 of Lehigh Valley’s key business leaders from a diverse industry base across the region.

Please join us for Northampton County Executive John Brown’s 2016 State of the County Address, presented on Tuesday, April 12 from 7 – 9 a.m. at the Gates Center at Northampton Community College, 3835 Green Pond Road, Bethlehem, PA 18020.
