Lookin’ Up Downtown
By LVEDC Staff on April 8, 2014
City Center may be just one part of the overall assault on downtown Allentown revitalization — but it’s a big part.
Phase One will include up to 350 new luxury apartments, 650,000 square feet of Class A office space and 50,000 square feet of upscale retail and restaurant space. Leasing is underway and just the other day City Center Investment Corp. announced it had selected a retail leasing broker for Two City Center in Downtown Allentown.
Two City Center is a Class A, 11-story, 107,854-square-foot-office/retail building anchored by National Penn Bank corporate headquarters with several other office tenants, including Air Products and Chemicals Inc., Buckno, Lisicky and Company Accountants and Cenduit LLC.
