Inc. Magazine has released its prestigious list of the Top 5,000 Fastest Growing Companies, and several Lehigh Valley businesses have made the cut.

AblePay Health ranked No. 381 and was among the Top 10 ranked companies in Pennsylvania to be included, while other companies like myHR Partner and MSN Logistics also made the list.

“We are extremely proud of our overall ranking,” said John Fistner, Founder & CEO of AblePay Health, a Bethlehem-based company that helps  streamline payments between medical providers and consumers.

“To rank 381st on our first submission is a huge achievement. However, being ranked #22 in all health services nationwide was equally humbling,” Fistner said. “This recognition truly reflects how we are changing the financial landscape for healthcare consumers and healthcare providers, while dramatically improving the patient experience.”

AblePay Health, which began in 2016 in the Lehigh Valley and has seen continuous growth in the region since, experienced a three-year growth of 1,578% from 2018 to 2021, which resulted in its high placement on the Top 5,000 list.

myHR Partner, a Bethlehem-based company that offers modern HR outsourced services as segmented processes or as a full service for companies across the United States, placed No. 3,586 as a result of its to 144% three-year growth. The company had also ranked in the 2021 list at No. 3,769.

“We’re incredibly honored to be on the prestigious Inc. 5000 list for two years in a row,” said Tina Hamilton, Founder & CEO of myHR Partner.

“The demand for our bespoke outsourced HR services has been unprecedented in the past six years, which is a direct result of the 35 rock stars that form the myHR Partner team,” Hamilton said. “Our clients continue to grow with us, resulting in an average of 30-40 percent growth year after year. Most of all, we practice what we preach by caring for our people first. This year we gave an across-the-board 20 percent pay increase to support our team during tough economic times.”

MGN Logistics, an Easton-based supply chain and logistics management provider using proprietary next-generation cloud-based TMS to support all modes of transportation, placed No. 4171 on the list, having experienced a three-year growth of 112%.

This marks the seventh time MGN Logistics has placed in the Top 5,000 Fastest Growing Companies list, having also ranked each year between 2014 and 2018, as well as in 2021, according to Inc. Magazine.

Scott Omelianuk, editor-in-chief of Inc. Magazine, said the list represents a one-of-a-kind look at the most successful companies within the economy’s most dynamic segment: its independent businesses.

The companies on the 2022 Inc. 5000 have not only been successful but have also demonstrated resilience amid labor shortages and the ongoing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, Omelianuk said.

“The accomplishment of building one of the fastest-growing companies in the U.S., in light of recent economic roadblocks, cannot be overstated,” he said. “Inc. is thrilled to honor the companies that have established themselves through innovation, hard work, and rising to the challenges of today.”

Companies on the 2022 Inc. 5000 are ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2018 to 2021. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2018.

In addition, they must be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent — not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies — as of December 31, 2021, according to the magazine.
