Lehigh Valley Business is currently seeking nominations for the fastest-growing companies in the Lehigh Valley.

The annual LVB Fastest Growing Companies program identifies the region’s most dynamic companies that have made significant contributions to the strength of our local economy.

The Fastest Growing Companies program will be held Oct. 26 from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at DeSales University. The Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation (LVEDC) is a sponsor for the event.

“We are excited to be presenting the Fastest Growing Companies event for the fifth year,” said Mike O’Rourke, publisher of Lehigh Valley Business.

A total of 31 companies were recognized at last year’s event, all of which had created almost 2,300 jobs combined.

Nominated companies will be ranked according to revenue growth over a three-year period, with both dollar and percentage increases taken into consideration. This ranking formula will lead to recognition of both large and small companies.

Eligible companies must have revenue of at least $500,000 in two out of the three fiscal years ending in 2013, 2014, and 2015. All information and figures provided by nominees will be held in the strictest confidence.

Companies must also show revenue growth over a three-year period, in 2015 as compared to 2013. They must also be headquartered in the greater Lehigh Valley, be for-profit entities, and submit the completed nomination form and financial supporting documents. Acceptable financial supporting documents include financial statements or page one of tax returns
