June 2022 Issue of LVStartup Has Been Released

The June 2022 issue of LVstartup, a monthly e-newsletter about entrepreneurs and startups in the Lehigh Valley, has been released.

This month’s edition highlights stories about Made Possible in Lehigh Valley partnering with the Lehigh Valley With Love podcast, Discover Lehigh Valley’s event about key data and travel trends, and Bethlehem startups receiving a total of more than $450,000 in KIZ tax credits.
Other stories included the Ben Franklin iXchange virtual event, Lehigh Valley sweeping the statewide What’s So Cool About Manufacturing? competition, a Signing Day for Lehigh Valley technical and vocational school students, and the Lehigh Valley Meet the Buyers Expo.
The issue also spotlights upcoming events, including Penn State Lehigh Valley’s Teen Entrepreneur Challenge, and Lehigh Valley LaunchBox hosting a workshop providing help on developing a plan for your business, idea, or entrepreneurial future.
Additionally, LVstartup features a Lehigh Valley startup each month. This issue, the company is Tower Products, a recognized industry leader in supplying printers with pressroom chemistry aimed at increasing worker safety, improving the printing process, and being environmentally compliant.

C’s Entrepreneurship Council of the Lehigh Valley aims to improve the entrepreneurial environment of the region by listening to its entrepreneurs, identifying their unmet needs, communicating regional entrepreneurship initiatives between council members, and connecting local resources to continue the development of new entrepreneurial support initiatives.
LVstartup receives input from various organizations that serves the local entrepreneurial community, including LVEDC, the Baker Institute for Entrepreneurship, Creativity and Innovation at Lehigh University, Lehigh Valley Tech, the Allentown Economic Development Corporation (AEDC), the Bethlehem Department of Community and Economic Development, Ben Franklin Technology Partners, Penn State Lehigh Valley, and others.
