This year, the Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation (LVEDC), the Education and Talent Supply Council, and Lehigh Valley colleges and universities are hosting the region’s third annual Lehigh Valley Internship Summit consisting of two virtual sessions on Thursday, October 14 between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m.

We’ve engaged knowledgeable presenters who will share their expertise, successes, and stories with other members of the Lehigh Valley community who are looking to engage their future workforce through internships. Timely topics include what interns value in an employer and how to attract interns to your company and how to engage interns in today’s evolving environment.

10 a.m.-11 a.m.

Topic: Understanding What Interns Value

Speakers: Brian Case, Manager-Corporate Talent Management and Diversity, PPL; and Jessica Mersinger, Senior Organizational Development Consultant, PPL

11 a.m.-12 p.m.

Topic: Engaging Interns Today

Speaker: Courteney Cox, Human Resources Coordinator, Lutron

The Summit consists of two virtual sessions on Thursday, October 14th through one Zoom link.
