The Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation (LVEDC) and numerous regional partners are entering the final stages of the ongoing talent supply study, from which a report is expected to be completed and released during a release event on Thursday, July 12, from 4 – 6:30 p.m. at Blue Grillhouse, 4431 Easton Avenue, Bethlehem. LVEDC and the management consulting firm MDB Insight recently wrapped up the data validation and strategic planning portions of the study, which followed the stakeholder engagement and data collection portions involving surveys, interviews, and focus groups with educational institutions, employers, and other regional organizations. Join us as we discuss Lehigh Valley’s talent pipeline and identify solutions to ensure the region is prepared for future workforce demands.
