Join us for an afternoon mixer and networking event with County Executive Phillips Armstrong as he presents his first-ever State of Lehigh County Address.

Phillips Armstrong was recently sworn in as Lehigh County Executive and will join attendees at a meet-and-greet mixer followed by a brief address and Q&A session. After serving for more than 40 years as a social studies teacher in Whitehall, Armstrong was elected to the Whitehall Township Board of Commissioners in 2015 and was chosen as president of the board in 2016. Armstrong remains an active member of his community, serving on the Board of Directors for the Whitehall Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Whitehall Lion’s Club. Read his full bio here.
