LVEDC’s Annual Meeting celebrates the economic highlights and success stories of the last 12 months in the Lehigh Valley. In the past year, the Lehigh Valley’s economic output reached a record $47 billion, manufacturing was the region’s top economic sector for the first time in 15 years, manufacturing employment grew at a much faster rate than the national manufacturing job growth rate, the population continued to grow, particularly among the key 18-to-34 age group, and become more diverse, and the region achieved full recovery of jobs lost during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Planning for the March 21 event is under way. LVEDC is putting together an exciting program that will feature business and community leaders. Details will be announced in the coming weeks as speakers and panelists are confirmed.
