By George Lewis on February 6, 2023
Capital Blue Cross is the Presenting Sponsor for Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corp.’s 2023 Annual Meeting on Tuesday, March 21, at the ArtsQuest Center at SteelStacks in Bethlehem.
LVEDC’s Annual Meeting celebrates the economic highlights and success stories of the last 12 months in the Lehigh Valley. The program begins at 3:30 p.m. Doors open at 2:30 p.m., with networking and bar service before and after the program, and hors d’oeuvres after the program. Preregister to attend by clicking here.
In the past year, the Lehigh Valley’s economic output reached a record $47 billion, manufacturing was the region’s top economic sector for the first time in 15 years, manufacturing employment grew at a much faster rate than the national manufacturing job growth rate, the population continued to grow, particularly among the key 18-to-34 age group, and become more diverse, and the region achieved full recovery of jobs lost during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Planning for the March 21 event is under way. LVEDC is putting together an exciting program that will feature business and community leaders. Details will be announced in the coming weeks as speakers and panelists are confirmed.
Cocktail Sponsors for the 2023 Annual Meeting are Boyle Construction and Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba.
Presenting and Cocktail Sponsorships are sold out, but several other sponsorship opportunities remain for companies and organizations interested in supporting the regional partnership for economic development and reaching a targeted audience of Lehigh Valley business leaders and decision-makers. For details on sponsorship opportunities and benefits, contact LVEDC Program Manager Stephanie Wean at firstname.lastname@example.org. To maximize the benefits of supporting the event, confirm your sponsorship with Stephanie by Feb. 13.

Silver sponsors are American Bank, Crayola, DeSales University, D’Huy Engineering, Just Born, and MKSD architects. Community sponsors are ArtsQuest, CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen LLP), EARTHRES, HMK Insurance, Penn Community Bank, and Penntex Construction.
