LVEDC president and CEO Don Cunningham is personally inviting the members of the Brokers and Developers Council and LVEDC Board of Directors to attend the first meeting of the Brokers and Developers Council, a Cocktails and Conversation gathering at 3:30 p.m. Thursday, May 2 at the Blue Event Center, 4431 Easton Ave., Bethlehem.

“LVEDC has been missing the regular engagement and insights of those who make a living in development, our commercial and industrial real estate brokers, site selectors, developers, bankers, corporate real estate directors, contractors, engineers, architects and construction professionals,” Cunningham says. “The Council’s focus will be on market trends, identifying development needs and opportunities, and enhancing the strategic focus of LVEDC and the region to support growth and development, along with networking within our development professions.”

This first event will be a 45-minute discussion and a 45-minute networking cocktail reception.

We want your input and expertise on the Brokers and Developers Council to help us develop regional economic development strategies and plans.
