Brokers & Developers Council hears presentation on the economy

The Brokers and Developers Council of LVEDC held a Conversation and Cocktails event on Thursday, Oct. 10 at the Lehigh and Northampton rooms of the Sands Bethlehem Hotel.
The 45-minute program featured a presentation by Don Cunningham, president and CEO of LVEDC, on the “Lehigh Valley’s Economic Landscape.” Don was followed by Lehigh Valley Planning Commission Executive Director Becky Bradley, who spoke on “Lehigh Valley’s Demographic and Employment Forecasts.”
A cocktail and networking reception follow the hotel’s Foundry Room.
The Brokers and Developers Council of LVEDC is comprised of real estate professionals, developers, bankers, engineers, architects and constructional professionals. It serves in an advisory capacity to the LVEDC Board and staff.
Council Chairman is LVEDC board member Phil Schenkel of CBRE, Inc. The LVEDC liaison is Jarrett Witt, vice president of development.
